- Acts as the primary business owner for a high-priority customer segment
- Leads cross-functional teams and manufacturing activities to deliver on customer commitments
- Manages multi-million dollar budgets and establishes operational plans
- Drives continuous improvement in financial performance and customer loyalty
- Independently represents the company at senior executive levels within the customer's organization
Requirements
- Ten plus years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of production processes
- Ability to coordinate resources using CLS Project Management methodology
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
