About the role
- Install, maintain, upgrade, and continuously improve the site's operating environment
- Monitor and upkeep the operating environments
- Respond to incidents & problems
- Plan for growth, deployment of new technologies
- Design, install, configure, maintain and perform testing of PC/server operating systems, networks, and related utilities and hardware
- Troubleshoot problems as reported by users
- Support Web access and telephony services
- Acquire, replace, and decommission related equipment, software, and services
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of hands-on related experience
- Experience in similar job roles
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Vendor Certifications preferred: CompTIA A+, Security+, or Network+, MCSA or MCSE
