About the role
- Manage day-to-day activities of customer accounts ensuring on-time product deliveries
- Develop action plans to correct out-of-plan conditions
- Manage customer account profitability, forecasting, planning and monitoring execution strategies
- Communicate frequently with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinates and hosts program tracking meetings with customers
Requirements
- 3-6 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience
- In-depth knowledge of the manufacturing process and schedules
- Excellent customer contact, negotiation and problem resolution skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers
