About the role
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a key customer

Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering
- Deep, hands-on understanding of AI/ML infrastructure
- Expertise in Rack Management Software
- Experience with protocols like Redfish, IPMI, and SNMP
- Strong understanding of high-speed IO protocols
- Expertise of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
- Deep knowledge of software development methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
