About the role
- Develop, implement, and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries aligned with Socure’s branding and product needs.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes, mockups, and proofs-of-concept using tools such as Figma, Cusor, Claude Code, Copilot or whatever makes you more efficient.
- Translate UX/UI designs into interactive front-end components that meet performance and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 3.0).
- Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iteratively optimize user flows and interactions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, Product UX/UI designers, developers, and data scientists to ensure seamless integration from design through deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Human–Computer Interaction, Design, Engineering, or related field.
- 3 - 5 years of professional experience in UX engineering, product design engineering, or hybrid design/engineering roles.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, React or similar frameworks).
- Strong skills with UX tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Figma, v0.
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards, responsive design, and usability testing best practices.
