About the role
- Leads process management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives across utility asset, GIS, and data programs
- Evaluates current-state performance and designs future-state workflows
- Drives measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and consistency within a regulated utility environment
- Works closely with program managers, data managers, GIS teams, and quality leadership to embed structured improvement methodologies
- Facilitates root cause analysis and develops corrective action plans to address performance gaps
- Develops and maintains KPIs, scorecards, and performance dashboards
- Tracks process performance metrics such as cycle time, error rates, and rework volumes
- Supports leadership with data-driven insights and improvement recommendations
- Ensures process documentation aligns with governance, compliance, and quality expectations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering, Business, or related field preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or continuous improvement roles
- Experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
