About the role

  • Collaborate with North American Molecular and Cell Biology teams in Lincoln and Phoenix to schedule sample analysis for real-time processing from clinic sites.
  • Coordinate clinical protocol details alongside proposed study dates to generate demand forecasts and continuously assess scheduling options to find cohesive solutions across departments.
  • Engage with AI tools and Smartsheet to support ongoing improvements to our scheduling processes.

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, thrives in a fluid and fast-paced environment, and is motivated to deliver quality work that supports real business decisions.
  • Familiarity with clinical trial protocols and processes or research is a plus.
  • Strong English communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and solid overall IT skills are required.
