• Strategische Partnerschaft mit Hiring Manager:innen durch fundierte Beratung und konstruktive Herausforderung entlang des gesamten Recruiting-Prozesses
• Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessen, Standards und Touchpoints auf Basis von Funnel-Daten und KPIs zur Verbesserung von Geschwindigkeit, Qualität und Candidate Experience
• Übernahme und Mitgestaltung von Projekten im Bereich Talent Acquisition sowie bereichsübergreifenden Initiativen innerhalb der People Unit
• Flexible Arbeit aus dem Homeoffice mit ca. viermal jährlichen Treffen an einem der Standorte

Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

Engineering Manager

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality solutions that directly support our business objectives
• Collaborate with Product Management and other stakeholders to define and prioritize technical initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes (e.g., revenue, user engagement, or cost efficiencies)
• Recruit and hire top engineering talent, building a strong talent pipeline to ensure the right technical and cultural fit for the organization
• Work with Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) & Container (Docker/Kubernetes), Git-based workflows & CI/CD (e.g., ARGO CD, GitHub Actions)
