About the role
- Responsible for performance against sales targets in assigned territory.
- Develop thoughtful territory account and business plans to implement sales strategies and tactics for gedatolisib to achieve or exceed revenue targets, working closely with sales leadership and commercial partners.
- Identify and mitigate barriers to access directly and in partnership with appropriate commercial partners such as Market Access and Marketing.
- Present gedatolisib in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner, helping customers understand the benefits and appropriate use of the product.
- Develop strong and long-term relationships with customers in assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners, including Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs, to execute territory strategies and tactics that drive the successful commercialization of gedatolisib.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. Scientific or business degree a plus.
- Five plus (5+) years of sales or similar customer-facing experience such as key account management, market access, and thought leader engagement.
- Three plus (3+) years of strong results-oriented sales performance in oncology biotech or pharmaceuticals.
- Demonstrated consistent track record of success as a top sales performer.
- Experienced selling scientifically innovative products involving multiple stakeholders buy-in to enable access.
- Strong technical understanding and expertise in "Buy and Bill" along with medical benefit experience in oncology.
