Sales Development Rep

• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Amplemarket, Salesloft, and intent tools to identify and map key decision-makers
• Conduct outreach through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Test creative messaging to generate responses
• Qualify prospects and book discovery calls with Account Executives
• Contact potential industry-event attendees to schedule in-person meetings
• Collaborate with Account Executives on territory strategies and account research
• Maintain CRM and Outreach tools, track conversion, and optimize messaging
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly meeting-booking targets
• Share and learn sales best practices within the team
