About the role
- Facilitates end-user meetings and provides level of operational and application build expertise.
- Performs design, build, and implementation assignments/projects.
- Participates in re-engineering of operational workflow processes with end-users/business owners.
- Coordinates and facilitates the integration of end-user/business owner needs into system specifications and configuration requirements.
- Guides in design integration and touch points with other Epic modules and/or other applications.
Requirements
- Two (2) plus years of experience working with testing/building/implementing Epic Tapestry workflows.
- Preferred specialty experience in UM – Utilization Management and/or Benefits build/implementation.
- Ability to balance multiple projects.
- Solves problems effectively and provides recommendations.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare, or related field. (preferred)
- Epic Tapestry Certification required. (UM – Utilization Management and/or Benefits certification highly preferred)
