About the role
- The AI Product Manager is independently responsible for defining product roadmaps and leading development for multiple new digital offerings to expand digital services at Cedars-Sinai.
- Managing key initiatives (end-to-end lifecycle), from ideation to implementation.
- Conducts research to evaluate best practices and analyzes data to monitor project performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure that the ongoing investment in AI translates into scalable solutions with high uptake across departments.
- Drive adoption and maximizing opportunity: engaging with clinicians and staff, integrating solutions into workflows, and aligning deployments with organizational goals.
- Define KPIs and track outcomes (clinical, operational, financial, satisfaction).
Requirements
- Three (3) plus years of experience as a Product Manager leading cross-functional teams, preferably working with Artificial Intelligence workflows.
- Project management experience. (highly preferred)
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare, or related field. (preferred)
