The Project Manager, Development is responsible for managing assigned projects from initiation to delivery with a distinct approach to clinical service line fundraising
This position manages all or most phases of the project and resources, using industry standard project management tools and techniques
Ensures that all phases of the project are completed per project timeline and scope
In collaboration with key partners, this role identifies and resolves obstacles to completing projects on time and purpose
Closely partners with Manager of Campaign Strategy and Gift Officers to ensure donor alignment strategies
Develops and documents plans that ensure all necessary preparation, execution tasks and dependencies are identified and included
Responsible for the oversight of functional projects, including partnering closely with subject matter experts to help gather, assess and track project deliverables
Provides cross-functional solution direction and guidance, including aiding in resolving any conflicting project decisions
Operates as a full cross-functional member of the project team
May create or review project communications and/or donor-facing materials with all collaborators
In conjunction with leadership, will assist with planning and managing fiscal budgets, financials, and other resources
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s degree in health care, business administration, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of Project Management, Project support and/or leadership experience required.
