About the role
- Act as lead in the development of a Configuration Management Plan for the IT directorate
- Utilize SharePoint and TechDoc to edit, modify permissions, publish documents
- Review and edit technical documentation for consistency and accuracy
- Coordinate and facilitate access to Controlled Unclassified information (CUI) within the TechDoc system
- Review documentation for compliance with NPR 7120.7
- Deliver training to managers, supervisors, peers, and external contractors
- Track action items related to documentation and configuration management
- Serve as backup for Physical Configuration Audits and Configuration Management functions
Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent
- 8 years of relevant experience
- Project management experience with mid to large complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience with configuration management procedures across a wide variety of disparate assets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, One Drive)
- SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat
