About the role

  • Define and lead the SEO/GEO strategy to grow traffic and revenue for the e-commerce;
  • Identify growth opportunities in categories, products and strategic pages;
  • Structure organic growth plans focused on ranking gains and search share.
  • Technical SEO
  • Lead technical SEO/GEO initiatives such as indexing, crawlability, site architecture and performance;
  • Ensure SEO best practices are followed in platform deployments and updates;
  • Work closely with the technology team to prioritize structural improvements.
  • Content and commercial pages
  • Define optimization strategies for category, product and editorial pages;
  • Identify opportunities for new keyword clusters and keyword expansion;
  • Collaborate with content and commercial teams to take advantage of seasonality and trends.
  • Governance and prioritization
  • Create SEO governance processes within the company;
  • Prioritize the initiative backlog with a focus on business impact;
  • Establish routines and alignment rituals with partner teams.
  • Analysis and performance
  • Monitor traffic, ranking, visibility and organic revenue metrics;
  • Generate analyses and insights for continuous strategy improvement;
  • Build forecasts and track the evolution of results.

Requirements

  • Solid experience with SEO for e-commerce or large portals;
  • Knowledge of technical SEO, content and information architecture;
  • Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs or similar;
  • Experience working with technology and product teams;
  • Strong analytical skills and data orientation;
  • Experience with backlog prioritization and project management.
  • Preferred qualifications
  • Experience with large-scale sites (thousands of URLs);
  • Experience in retail or fashion.
