About the role
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for the region's stores (job briefing, posting, candidate outreach, interviews, group assessments);
- Monitor and manage job openings;
- Advertise vacancies and continuously identify external sourcing channels;
- Monitor and manage recruitment and selection metrics;
- Conduct store visits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field;
- Availability to visit stores;
- Familiarity with sourcing tools/platforms: LinkedIn, Gupy, Pandapé, etc.;
- Experience in recruitment and selection for store positions;
- Experience in retail and handling high-volume hiring;
- Proficiency in Excel and data tools.
