About the role

  • Strategic Product Category Management: Develop and implement strategies for product categories with a focus on online sales, aligned with company objectives and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Market and Trend Analysis: Conduct market analyses to identify new trends, consumer demands, and category-specific opportunities in digital environments.
  • Digital Sales Strategy Development: Create digital sales plans, including selecting appropriate online channels and campaigns.
  • Relationship Management with C&A's Product Development Area: Establish and maintain internal alignment to ensure adequate supply, maximize product strategy in the digital channel, set appropriate pricing to meet sales and margin objectives, and ensure content quality.
  • Optimization of Products' Digital Presence: Ensure that products' online presence is optimized across e-commerce platforms, social media, websites, and other relevant digital channels.
  • Performance and Results Analysis: Monitor performance metrics such as sales, profit margins, inventory, and market share, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaboration with the Growth team to interpret customer journeys, define product filter and attribute strategies, develop content strategies, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in product category management or similar areas, with a focus on digital sales strategies.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make strategic decisions.
  • Strong leadership skills, able to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
