About the role
- Plan, manage, and execute complex strategic projects, ensuring delivery within the defined scope, schedule, and budget
- Develop detailed project plans, identifying milestones, required resources, budget, and potential risks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, expectations, and requirements
- Manage stakeholder communications, providing regular project status updates
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring contingencies are planned and promptly implemented when needed
- Manage the project team, providing guidance and coaching to ensure tasks are executed efficiently and effectively
- Ensure quality processes are implemented and followed, based on project management best practices
- Analyze and present project performance reports to senior leadership, identifying plan deviations, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Identify business opportunities and collaborate with senior leadership to develop business and project strategies to support them
- Provide strategic support for internal audits, especially those related to the commercial area
- Responsible for assessing controls, mapping risks, structuring action plans, and ensuring process governance
- Act as PMO across areas, coordinating deliveries, aligning stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement. Ideal for analytical, organized professionals with strong communication and influencing skills.
Requirements
- Completed postgraduate degree
- Availability to work in Alphaville (Barueri, SP)
- Strong experience managing complex strategic projects
- Experience in startups or large enterprises is a plus
- Experience managing people/teams
- Knowledge of agile methodologies is a plus
