About the role

  • Serve as the technical authority on benefits and wellness, supporting the coordination team in decision-making with qualified analyses and market insights.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, benchmarking and comparative analyses (cost, participation/uptake, impact and employee experience).
  • Identify opportunities to optimize, innovate and redesign benefits and wellness programs.
  • Anticipate market trends, regulatory changes and best practices in corporate health and quality of life.
  • Analyze utilization data, claims experience, cost per capita and beneficiary behavior.
  • Develop improvement proposals and redesign plans, policies and eligibility models.
  • Support coordination in supplier/vendor negotiations by preparing technical studies, scenarios and simulations.
  • Evaluate vendor performance from the perspective of quality, member experience and cost-effectiveness.
  • Propose and structure innovative initiatives for physical, mental, social and financial health, aligned with organizational culture and ESG guidelines.
  • Support the design and evolution of wellness programs with a focus on engagement, prevention and measurable impact.
  • Monitor trends in mental health, hybrid care models, digital platforms and new approaches to quality of life.
  • Develop and maintain management and executive dashboards for benefits and wellness, providing clear indicator readings and strategic insights.
  • Consolidate data and analyses for presentations to committees, HR leadership and partner areas.
  • Translate technical information and complex data into clear, decision-oriented executive narratives.
  • Support coordination in preparing strategic materials for internal and external forums.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Psychology, Engineering, Human Resources or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree or specialization in Benefits Management, Corporate Health, Analytics, ESG or related areas is desirable.
  • Proven experience in corporate benefits and/or organizational wellness.
  • Experience in medium or large companies or in specialized consultancies is a plus.
  • Experience with data analysis, market studies and development of strategic proposals.
  • Analytical skills and proficiency in benefits, corporate health and employee experience metrics.
  • Skill in building dashboards, management reports and executive presentations.
  • Knowledge of benefits models, supplementary health, wellness programs and market trends.
  • Ability to structure studies, diagnostics and redesign proposals.
