About the role
- Responsible for sales, margin, and inventory quality KPIs for the categories under your management;
- Analyze, propose, and direct actions to improve product performance on the C&A website and app, leading sales growth strategies;
- Build initiatives across digital channels such as CRM, Media, Direct Sales and Minha C&A, continuously testing new formats;
- Responsible for defining assortment and volume bets together with the commercial and supply areas and for replenishing the products that go to the website and app;
- Interface with marketing, physical store commercial teams, operations, studio and product registration, technology, CRM, direct sales, Minha C&A and supply;
- Responsible for the commercial management of the category under your responsibility;
- Update product catalog (descriptions, images, prices and stock);
- Monitor orders, delivery status and SLAs with logistics;
- Implement promotional campaigns and seasonal actions on the website;
- Support SEO strategies and product page optimization;
- Assist in the execution of paid media campaigns and email marketing;
- Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, cart abandonment, and average order value;
- Generate periodic performance reports and suggest improvements;
- Support customer service processes related to e-commerce;
- Ensure clarity in product information and commercial policies.
Requirements
- Degree in Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Fashion, Commercial or related fields;
- Proven experience in e-commerce with a focus on sales/performance;
- Execution of media campaigns with ROAS/CAC targets and CRO routines;
- Experience with e-commerce platforms; Vtex is a plus;
- Monitoring KPIs (Average Ticket, Conversion, Deltas, ROI);
- Report modeling in Excel and presentation in PowerPoint (intermediate to advanced level);
- Sales strategies;
- Results-oriented, strong analytical skills, clear communication, planning and execution.
