About the role
- Plan, translate and facilitate Human Resources processes and strategies across the units;
- Serve as the Business Partner (BP) for operations in approximately 60 stores;
- Manage processes across HR subsystems, including Payroll, Compensation, Training & Development, Recruitment & Selection, among others;
- Promote and uphold the company’s culture and values, acting as a guardian;
- Participate in leadership team meetings, translating area needs into HR solutions;
- Act as the facilitator for key HR processes and policies with the client area.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields;
- Experience as a Business Partner for store operations;
- Availability to work in Rio de Janeiro (based in Barra or Niterói);
- Retail experience is considered a plus.
