About the role
- Monitor the performance of the categories under your responsibility with respect to sales, margin, conversion rate, turnover, and sell-through;
- Propose the main product highlights for e-commerce campaigns and ensure the commercial calendar includes all topics relevant to sales;
- Analyze inventory indicators and ensure processes are properly executed — from product listing, photography, stock, and merchandising — in collaboration with Product, Allocation, Communications and Channels teams (CRM, Media & Performance, B2B, and affiliate program);
- Prepare category performance reports and present weekly/monthly results and key seasonal events relevant to retail and your category (e.g., Christmas, Mother's Day, Black Friday);
- Monitor competitors;
- Manage the "Minha C&A" channel, ensuring the activation calendar, seeding activities, and performance results;
- Apply analytical thinking to develop and analyze commercial performance indicators; maintain strong organizational skills and interpersonal relationships to coordinate multiple processes and teams;
- Be proactive in creating and executing action plans, with dynamism and resilience given the fast pace of the e-commerce sector;
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or have completed a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Previous experience with e-commerce and product management;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (preferably VTEX);
- Experience in commercial areas such as product and purchasing;
- Familiarity with planning and organizational tools such as Planner, ClickUp, Trello, or similar;
- Experience or interest in the fashion market is a plus.
