About the role

  • Lead stakeholder interviews with application owners
  • Document access models (groups, roles, permissions)
  • Define identity and access data aggregation in SailPoint
  • Analyze current access patterns to design and implement RBAC models
  • Manage Access Certification campaigns including quarterly and annual access reviews
  • Develop and maintain audit-ready reporting
  • Create clear and effective documentation including SOPs and TDDs
  • Analyze large datasets of user entitlements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT Management or Finance
  • 3+ years of experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
  • Hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ (Compliance Manager module)
  • Strong understanding of RBAC and Segregation of Duties (SoD)
  • Advanced Excel or SQL skills
  • Documentation development (SOPs, TDDs)
  • Familiarity with NIST Cybersecurity Framework
  • Public Trust security clearance (or higher) is a plus
  • Experience supporting federal or regulated environments is a plus
  • Experience driving access certification campaigns at scale is a plus
