About the role
- Design and lead an enterprise culture and coworker experience strategy that embeds CDW values into key coworker and leader moments.
- Oversee our One CDW strategy ensuring an inclusive, welcoming and respectful environment.
- Define and continuously improve the end-to-end coworker and leader experience.
- Partner cross functionally to ensure technology-enabled solutions enhance the coworker experience.
- Lead the evolution and activation of CDW’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and culture narrative.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree preferred (Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Marketing, or related field).
- 8+ years of progressive experience leading enterprise culture and coworker experience initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience leading the program management at scale of culture initiatives and values activation.
- Experience embedding values and culture into business processes and talent systems.
