About the role
- Manage logistics and support for HR town halls and leadership meetings, including creating materials, agendas, follow-up notes, and managing technology.
- Provide flexible support for HR-related ad-hoc requests, including creating onboarding documents for new leaders, drafting HR communications, event planning, vendor management.
- Collaborate with HR leaders to ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives and deliverables.
- Leverage HR systems and tools (Workday, Peakon, Teams, SharePoint) to prepare executive reports, surveys, and develop presentations to support decision-making.
- Develop and prepare board-ready materials, including presentations and supporting documents, to effectively communicate key HR initiatives and updates
- Coordinate cross-functional activities and maintain accurate documentation for ongoing projects.
- Liaise with Senior HR Leaders and cross functional teams, ensuring alignment and timely communication.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR and organizational information.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and 5+ years of experience preparing meeting materials, reports, and research, as well as managing projects in a corporate environment OR 9+ years of experience preparing meeting materials, reports, and research, as well as managing projects in a corporate environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with virtual meeting platforms.
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) and employee engagement tools (e.g., Peakon).
