Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of software engineering experience, with exposure to AI/ML applications OR 9 years of software engineering experience, with exposure to AI/ML applications
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
Strong history of cross-functional collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, and business units, translating business needs into technical solutions.
Experience integrating AI/ML models and services into production systems.
Solid understanding of system design, scalability, and maintainability.
Familiarity with MLOps practices, APIs, cloud environments, and deployment pipelines.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and approaches, with a proven track record of applying a forward-thinking, experimental mindset to solve technical challenges.
Excellent communication skills, with experience in documenting technical designs, sharing insights, and enabling team knowledge transfer.
