About the role

  • Act as the go-to expert on Cisco CCW and PXP, managing deal registrations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth sales operations.
  • Deliver accurate reporting and data insights to support forecasting, pipeline management, and new business opportunities.
  • Stay up to date on Cisco tool changes and enhancements, cascading updates and providing training for colleagues and new starters.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships with Cisco, partner managers, and sales teams to drive operational efficiencies and enhance CDW’s reputation as a trusted advisor.
  • Support the growth of the Cisco Business Unit by maximising deal registrations, tracking year-on-year improvements, and driving operational excellence.
  • Contribute to competitive research and analysis, helping to refine offerings and strengthen CDW’s market positioning.
  • Develop trusted partnerships across business units to create a consistent customer and Co-worker experience.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of Cisco CCW (essential)
  • Familiarity with PXP and other Cisco tools
  • Proven experience managing complex deal registrations and resolving system/tool issues
  • Strong data skills – able to extract, manipulate, and present insights to support forecasting, reporting, and business growth
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all operational tasks.
