About the role
- Contract document management: including, but not limited to updating contract drawings and specifications, RFI and change management (i.e., ASIs, Bulletins, RFQs) and submittals
- Scanning and uploading documents and emails onto OnBase
- Soliciting quotes from Suppliers, Vendors and Subcontractors
- Management of job specific subcontractor related documents as applicable
- Creating submittals packages; including, but not limited to creating cover sheets, obtaining product data, maintenance information, SDS sheets, LEED letters, and shop drawings
- Assisting with forecasting / cost analysis
- Research and cost analysis of new products and manufacturers
- Producing cost breakdowns / color coded drawings
- Assisting with change order takeoff / pricing
- Drafting and submitting RFI’s
- Assisting with QA process
- Assisting with job close-out process
- Calculate unit costs based on quantity of material installed, hours worked, and labor dollars
- Attend and participate in all required company training programs
- Conform to all company policies and procedures

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Construction Management, Engineering, or other related field program
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Eager to learn and apply project management principles in real-world settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with project management software is a plus
- No prior experience required, this is an entry-level, learning-focused opportunity.
