About the role
- Develop and manage comprehensive launch plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Work closely with product management, engineering, marketing, sales, customer support, and other teams to ensure all launch activities are coordinated and executed smoothly
- Identify potential risks and issues related to product launches and develop mitigation strategies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all launch-related communications
- Create and maintain detailed launch documentation
- Coordinate the development and delivery of training materials and sessions for internal teams
- Oversee final quality checks and ensure that all launch activities meet established standards and requirements
- Conduct post-launch evaluations to assess the success of product launches
- Continuously refine and improve launch processes and methodologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product operations, launch program management, or program management for SaaS software products
- Proven success leading complex, cross-functional product launches in fast-paced, scaling organizations
- Deep experience managing product and launch workflows in Aha!
- Experience operating within Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and scale operational and business processes that support product development and go-to-market
- Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success
- Demonstrable experience coaching, mentoring, and influencing teams without direct authority
