- Develop relationships with customers to sell layered applications
- Grow revenue and optimize customer experience
- Generate interest, qualify prospects, present solutions, close sales
- Ensure that the monthly goals are met
- Work with customers to identify their needs and present solutions
- Manage the customer relationship through daily communications and follow ups
Requirements
- Customer focused and results driven
- Excellent written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills
- The ability to sell, negotiate, persuade and influence
- Excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of CDK products and services (training provided)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 3+ sales experience – inside or outside – preferably in technology sales
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Experience using Salesforce.com
- Automotive Experience, preferred
