About the role
- Create awareness and generate product interest
- Build trusting relationships with key stakeholders
- Social selling via tools like LinkedIn navigator
- Collaborate with sales executives to meet the company’s targets
- Follow up with existing customers to identify new potential needs
- Follow up with the customer on any inbound leads within 24 hours
- 80% CLIENT time via phone calls, emails and video conferences
- Create qualified leads for the sales organization through cold calls, emails, social outreach, networking and independent research
- Daily communication with Manager
- Enhance customer experience and relationship
- Utilize Salesforce.com to generate and manage sales pipeline, activities and tasks
Requirements
- 2+ Years’ experience in sales or customer service
- Customer focused and results driven
- Excellent written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Active listening & adaptability
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Experience using Salesforce is a plus
