About the role
- Successfully consults and trains customers on CDK Global solutions
- Have a complete understanding of the products trained within the assigned workstream
- Conducts status meetings with key customer personnel to review and discuss any open issues
- Ensure client go-live readiness
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in training and/or consulting
- Prior project management experience
- Associates Degree or equivalent knowledge/experience
