About the role
- Ensure the manufacturing plant's daily and monthly revenue is on target
- Develop new business relationships and maintain existing ones
- Frequent travel to meet customers in assigned territory (often on rooftops)
- Respond quickly to customer daily requests
- Share strategies with other sales team members
- Follow up on existing quotes, on-hold orders, and unverified orders
- Manage regional accounts and ownership of plant revenue goals
- Build quotes and place orders
- Measuring/site visits
- Communicate with National Sales Rep and attend plant and sales meetings
Requirements
- 5 year experience within the HVAC industry
- Embraces and promotes CDI values – FAST, FUN, EASY
- Ability to effectively build relationships with customers – both internally and externally
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Live in a major region within a plant territory (preferably Denver, Colorado)
- Strong Social Media presence
- Frequent travel to meet customers in your territory (often on rooftops)
- Manage Regional Accounts (up to $1M)
- Ownership of a specified plant revenue goals (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
- Communicate/work with National Sales Rep (NSR) regarding goals and any accounts in your region greater than $1M
- Attend Plant and Sales Meetings
