About the role
- Design and own end-to-end architecture for scalable, secure, production-ready AI systems
- Build and architect microservices using Python or Java
- Integrate LLMs, RAG pipelines, and Agentic AI frameworks into enterprise applications
- Work with MCP (Model Control Plane), A2A (Agent-to-Agent) communication, and orchestration frameworks like LangChain
- Evaluate and recommend AI platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.)
- Translate complex business problems into intelligent, AI-driven technical solutions
- Lead architectural discussions with product, data science, and platform teams
- Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, cloud best practices, and security
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of backend engineering experience (Python/Java)
- Strong expertise in microservices & cloud-native architecture
- Production-level RAG implementation experience
- Hands-on exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents
- Experience with LangChain, Agentic AI, or similar frameworks
- Solid understanding of API design, event-driven systems
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
