About the role
- Manage and grow an assigned book of business, including dormant accounts and underdeveloped territories.
- Call, email, and follow up with leads sourced through HubSpot, LinkedIn, referrals, and other internal systems.
- Reactivate dormant or inactive clients by identifying new project opportunities or changes in staffing needs.
- Cold call prospective companies to introduce CCS services and qualify potential job site needs.
- Set and confirm meetings or discovery calls for field-based Account Executives, where applicable.
- Maintain updated and accurate records of all outreach, conversations, and activity in HubSpot.
- Monitor active job sites and collaborate with recruiters to match open roles with available TP’s.
- Communicate bill rates, job site details, and project scope to ensure accuracy and profitability.
- Support coverage in open sales territories or for temporarily unavailable field reps.
- Ensure manpower is only placed with accounts currently carrying credit insurance.
- Maintain clear, timely, and respectful communication with both the client, peers, recruiting direct and upper level management.
- Prepare and send client agreements, new account packets, or other sales support materials.
- Maintain consistent weekly outreach volume through email, call, and sequence cadences.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/home-office environment with reliable internet.
