About the role

  • Assisting new patients in initiating their CCRM Fertility journey, understanding their options, and ensuring a seamless transition into care.
  • Serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers.
  • Provide information on the physicians and the CCRM patient experience.
  • Registering patients into the electronic medical record system.
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Answer incoming calls to aid the patient in scheduling a new patient appointment.
  • Communicate information regarding CCRM’s physicians, services, and successes.
  • Obtain necessary information from the patient including referral source, reason for appointment, demographic information, and insurance information.
  • Work in EMR-system to ensure all patient data is promptly inputted and remains up-to-date.
  • Send consent forms via EngagedMD to both patient, spouse, or partner.
  • Contact potential patients who have submitted their contact information via CCRM’s website.
  • Communicate with physicians, clinical/front office staff, and other departments as needed.
  • Maintain and track internal forms and spreadsheets as directed by supervisor.
  • Attend all staff meetings and in-service meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ year experience in healthcare field preferred.
