Write and monitor individual treatment plans for children diagnosed with behavioral and mental health disorders (including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, ODD).
Provide assistance in the development of adaptive skills for school, home & community settings.
Provide prescribed behavioral consultation to the family and/or school.
Train the Behavior Health Technician (BHT) on appropriate therapeutic interventions.
Write Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA).
Manage cases typically authorized 2-3 hours per week per client and build a caseload of multiple clients.
Work during school, after-school, or evening hours depending on County program needs.
Provide independent contract BCBA services across Chester County, PA; flexible scheduling for work/life balance.
Requirements
BCBA with PA Behavior Specialist License
Must have active BSL
