Analyst

• Write and monitor individual treatment plans for children diagnosed with behavioral and mental health disorders (including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, ODD).
• Provide assistance in the development of adaptive skills for school, home & community settings.
• Provide prescribed behavioral consultation to the family and/or school.
• Train the Behavior Health Technician (BHT) on appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Write Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA).
• Manage cases typically authorized 2-3 hours per week per client and build a caseload of multiple clients.
• Work during school, after-school, or evening hours depending on County program needs.
• Provide independent contract BCBA services across Chester County, PA; flexible scheduling for work/life balance.
