• Assist and support non-production and production systems, codebases, and infrastructure development

Software Developer Intern

Civil Engineer

• Design and analyze telecommunications structures, including new towers, monopoles, rooftops, stealth/concealment, and water tank installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client specifications
• Perform detailed structural calculations and simulations using industry-standard software to assess stability, integrity, and load-bearing capacity of telecom structures
• Conduct advanced structural analysis for modifications and upgrades to existing structures, considering new equipment loads or structural enhancements
• Prepare comprehensive structural reports, calculations, and specifications documenting design decisions and analysis findings
• Develop detailed engineering drawings, plans, and specifications for telecommunications projects, ensuring accuracy and constructability
• Review and approve construction plans, shop drawings, and other project documents from contractors and vendors
• Provide redline corrections and feedback on designs to the Wireless CAD team and other design personnel
• Conduct site visits to assess existing structures, identify potential structural deficiencies, and provide recommendations for modifications or upgrades
• Offer technical support during the construction phase, including resolution of structural issues, RFI responses, or design clarifications
• Collaborate with project managers, construction managers, and other engineers to ensure successful project execution from design through completion
• Ensure all designs and analyses adhere to relevant industry standards and codes, including TIA-222, AISC, ACI and ASCE
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, structural analysis software, and best practices in telecommunications engineering
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes, tools, and standards within the department
• Ensure confidentiality of company information and attend specialized training at least once a year

Business Development Rep

• Lead customer acquisition and relationship management efforts within the Energy Services sector.
• Drive business initiatives and develop go-to-market strategies and solutions to ensure business growth within the Energy Services markets.
• Drive sales to meet or exceed budget expectations within assigned accounts.
• Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
• Partner with Operations to ensure that CCI is providing the right suite of services in the Energy Services market.
• Identify long-term strategic growth opportunities and develop sales plans for market penetration.
• Develop and maintain consistent customer communications.
• Address operational issues that may arise in a professional manner.
• Work directly with customers, strategic vendors, industry leaders, and internal teams to formulate and deliver the best strategic direction for revenue growth.
• Collaborate with the internal Offer Management team to respond to and manage RFP opportunities within assigned accounts as needed.
• Develop financial projections for prospective deals to support strategic decision-making.
