About the role

  • Strategic client management
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts and advising on an equal footing in transformation initiatives
  • Independent project leadership
  • Planning, managing and implementing national and international corporate education and AI transformation programs
  • Supporting organizations in the adoption and effective use of AI tools and methods
  • Developing tailored transformation programs to effectively enable employees and teams
  • Coordinating interdisciplinary internal teams as well as external experts and partners
  • Identifying growth, development and upsell opportunities within existing client relationships
  • Preparing professional presentations, status reports, decision documents and analyses for different target audiences
  • Designing and delivering workshops, trainings and inspiring client formats around AI, transformation and skills development
  • Ensuring project KPIs, quality, timelines and profitability

Requirements

  • Completed degree in business, (business) informatics, organizational development, education/pedagogy or a comparable field
  • Several years of experience in project or key account management in a B2B environment, ideally in consulting or transformation projects
  • Solid project management expertise and experience managing complex programs
  • Strong interest in AI and new technologies and a good understanding of their application in a business context (e.g., generative AI, automation or analytics tools)
  • Experience analysing organizational requirements and developing competency and enablement concepts
  • Strong consulting and communication skills, confident facilitation/moderation and a professional presence with diverse stakeholders
  • Structured, analytical and independent working style
  • Native-level German and very good English skills
  • Confident use of digital tools and remote work environments
  • Creativity, conceptual thinking and a good sense for content, formats and design
