Support revenue recognition activities for a SaaS business in accordance with ASC 606.
Prepare and review revenue-related journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
Perform ad hoc analyses related to customer contracts and pricing changes.
Partner closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, Legal, and FP&A.
Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
Assist in preparing internal monthly financial reporting.
Ensure accurate accounting in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
Assist with the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements.
Partner with external auditors during quarterly reviews and year-end audits.
Perform accounting research and document conclusions for complex transactions.
Maintain and enhance internal controls over financial reporting.

Requirements

CPA designation preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s degree preferred.
2–3 years of public accounting experience, ideally with exposure to technical accounting, public company reporting and internal controls.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and revenue recognition (ASC 606).
Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems preferred.
