About the role

  • Support and maintain a Jenkins-based CI/CD platform (50 instances) running on Kubernetes, and provide Level 2 & 3 support for core banking systems.
  • Work closely with Development, Ops, Security, and DevOps teams.
  • Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes, Ansible, and Azure services.
  • Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
  • Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
  • Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement fixes.
  • Maintain security and backups.
  • Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and reduce manual intervention time for tasks.
  • Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in DevOps
  • Fluent in French and strong command of English (C1)
  • Strong interest in DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and security
  • Proficient with Linux, Python, and shell scripting
  • Experience with CI/CD, cloud (Azure), containers, and distributed systems
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Nice to have: Agile/Scrum, CKA or CKAD, ITIL v4, Azure certifications (AZ-104 / AZ-204)
