About the role
- Implementation & configuration of Atlassian solutions such as Jira, Confluence, or Bitbucket for our clients
- Customization of workflows, permissions, and system configurations to match existing business processes
- Integration of Atlassian tools with third-party systems and development of existing platforms
- Analysis of client requirements and implementation of technical solutions
- Support for migrations of Atlassian systems (e.g., Server to Cloud or Data Center)
- Optimization of existing platforms regarding performance, structure, and automation
- Conducting workshops and training for end users and administrators
- Creation of documentation and best-practice guidelines for platform use
Requirements
- Degree in (Business) Informatics or similar qualification
- At least 3 years of experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, etc.)
- Knowledge of Atlassian Cloud and Data Center, integrations (REST APIs), scripting (Groovy, JavaScript, Python)
- Experience in agile and DevOps environments
- Strong communication skills in German and English, willingness to travel within Europe
- Atlassian certifications are a plus
