About the role

  • Own the design and delivery of scalable, production-ready systems
  • Write clean, maintainable code that aligns with modern architecture practices
  • Drive engineering excellence: CI/CD, automated testing, code quality
  • Ensure systems are reliable, observable, and optimized for real-world usage
  • Work closely with clients to deliver solutions that create measurable impact
  • Lead small teams - delegate effectively, communicate, and develop others
  • Proactively identify and address issues outside of direct responsibility

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with .NET
  • 3+ years in a technical leadership role
  • Experience with TypeScript, Angular (preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda and serverless architecture
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server preferred)
  • Experience with observability tools (e.g. Datadog)
  • Experience with feature flagging implementation
  • Familiarity with AI tools and applications
  • Experience with automated testing strategies
  • AI proficiency
  • Fluent English communication, both verbal and written.
