About the role

  • Manage the full user account lifecycle: account creation, modification, and deletion (Joiner / Mover / Leaver).
  • Implement and enforce access policies aligned with user roles and responsibilities.
  • Participate in the deployment and ongoing maintenance of IAM solutions.
  • Provide Level 1 support for access-related incidents, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when needed.
  • Handle user and application access requests from intake through to fulfillment.
  • Contribute to the documentation of IAM procedures, workflows, and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of access rights across systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an IAM Administrator.
  • Familiarity with LDAP directory services, Active Directory, and Azure AD.
  • Understanding of access control models: RBAC and ABAC.
  • Knowledge of authentication protocols such as SAML and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
  • Experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Evidian IGA, or Okta is a plus.
  • Master's degree in Cybersecurity or Computer Science.
  • Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
