About the role
- Manage day-to-day operations across multiple short-term rental properties
- Handle bookings, calendars, and guest communication with professionalism
- Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and turnovers efficiently
- Ensure consistently high guest satisfaction and strong review ratings
- Implement and refine dynamic pricing strategies
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Requirements
- Proven experience managing short-term rental properties
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies, booking flows, and guest management
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple properties efficiently in a remote environment
- Experience with PMS platforms and automation tools
- Knowledge of short-term rental regulations and compliance
