About the role
- Manage end-to-end property operations across multiple locations in Europe
- Handle bookings, calendars, and guest communication seamlessly
- Oversee cleaning, maintenance, and property readiness to ensure 5-star experiences
- Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Monitor local markets, competitor activity, and seasonal trends
- Continuously improve processes and operational workflows for efficiency
- Use property management systems (PMS) and automation tools to streamline operations
- Keep bookings, calendars, and operational data accurate and up-to-date
- Introduce innovative tech-driven solutions for guest communication, reporting, and workflow management
- Ensure full compliance with European short-term rental regulations and local laws
- Apply operational best practices to maintain consistency, quality, and risk management
Requirements
- Proven experience managing short-term rental properties in Europe or international markets
- Strong operational knowledge of pricing, booking flows, and guest management
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with PMS tools, automation, and workflow optimization
- Exceptional communication skills, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Multilingual abilities (French, German, Spanish, or English) are a strong plus
