Requirements

  • Proven experience managing short-term rental properties in Europe or international markets
  • Strong operational knowledge of pricing, booking flows, and guest management
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable with PMS tools, automation, and workflow optimization
  • Exceptional communication skills, detail-oriented, and highly organized
  • Multilingual abilities (French, German, Spanish, or English) are a strong plus
