About the role
- Handle incoming calls from boutiques and shops, providing prompt solutions to customer inquiries.
- Log call details in our management systems and ensure responses meet SLA requirements.
- Maintain expert knowledge of our products and applications to provide accurate guidance.
- Ensure all contractual service level agreements are consistently met.
Requirements
- Is proficient or bilingual in Danish and has an advanced level of English .
- Puts the customer first and has exceptional customer-care skills .
- Can effectively qualify customer needs to provide comprehensive support.
- Full-time 40 hours/week permanent contract with a rotating schedule
- Competitive salary: 1700 - 2000 euros gross/month + bonus.
