About the role
- Provide travel advice and support to Danish-speaking customers
- Handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email
- Assist clients with bookings, cancellations, and modifications
- Offer solutions for travel disruptions (delays, re-routes, refunds)
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering professional service
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex requests
- Work rotational shifts to ensure coverage 365 days/year
Requirements
- Fluent level of command in Danish (C2 and higher)
- B2 English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Right to work and live in Latvia (valid EU paperwork or permit required)
- Ability to ensure coverage 365 days/year and work rotational shifts
- Up to 250 EUR performance-based bonus/month
- Bank holidays paid double
