Assist customers in Danish with booking inquiries, travel arrangements, and support requests
Provide accurate information about flights, accommodation, and travel services
Handle modifications, cancellations, and special requests in line with company policies
Deliver professional, empathetic, and efficient customer service across phone, chat, and email
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases
Work remotely from home while supporting customers based in applicable markets
Requirements
Native or C1/C2 level in Danish
Minimum B2 level in English (written and spoken)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Must already be based in Latvia (remote work permitted)
If moving from abroad, must confirm “Yes, I will be moving on my own” or “I don’t need relocation support”
Availability to work the published schedule (Mon–Fri 09:00–20:00; Sat–Sun 10:00–19:00; 365 days a year, including bank holidays)
