About the role
- Support travelers with their journeys and ensure they enjoy seamless experiences from booking to destination
- Respond to Danish-speaking customers travel-related queries
- Assist with booking flights, hotels, and additional services
- Provide after-sales support, including changes and refunds
- Manage travel disruptions and communicate alternative solutions
- Maintain accurate records in the system
- Uphold company standards for service excellence
Requirements
- C2 and higher level Danish (written & spoken)
- B2 English (written and spoken)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer care orientation
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Availability for rotational shifts: Mon-Fri 09:00-20:00; Sat-Sun 10:00-19:00 (coverage 365 days/year)
- Right to work and live in Estonia (valid EU paperwork or permit required)
- 40 hrs/week, 8 hrs/day
- up to 250 EUR performance-based bonus/month
- Bank holidays paid double
- Remote role based in Tallinn, Estonia
